1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Returned with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation Items that have been opened, used, installed, sterilized, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original packaging may not be eligible for return.

2. Medical & Dental Product Safety

Because we supply professional medical and dental products, certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene, infection-control, safety, or regulatory reasons.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error by Alpha Medical & Dental Supplies Inc., the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as:

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In that case, the standard return process will apply.

Some products may be final sale or special order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
