1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, in resalable condition, and returned with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Items that have been opened, used, installed, sterilized, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
2. Medical & Dental Product Safety
Because we supply professional medical and dental products, certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene, infection-control, safety, or regulatory reasons.
Non-returnable items may include opened or used medical/dental instruments, sterile products if the seal or packaging has been opened or damaged, products that came into contact with a clinical environment, special-order products, clearance or final-sale items, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page or invoice.
These restrictions help protect patient safety, product integrity, and professional clinical standards.
3. How to Request a Return
Before sending any item back, customers must contact Alpha Medical & Dental Supplies Inc. for return authorization.

Include your order number, customer name, product name or SKU, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will review the request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.
Items sent back without return authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error by Alpha Medical & Dental Supplies Inc., the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as the wrong item shipped, incorrect quantity shipped, an item arrived damaged, or an item confirmed defective upon delivery.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Alpha Medical & Dental Supplies Inc. is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
5. Inspection of Returned Items
All returned items are inspected after arrival.
A refund may be refused or reduced if the returned item is opened, used, damaged, missing parts or accessories, not in original packaging, or not in resalable condition.
If a return does not meet the eligibility requirements, we may contact the customer to arrange return of the item back to them.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on the payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on the customer’s statement.
7. Exchanges
If a customer ordered the wrong item and the product is eligible for return, we may assist with an exchange or replacement order.
Price differences, shipping costs, and product availability may apply.

Please include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, Alpha Medical & Dental Supplies Inc. may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Please do not discard the product or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In that case, the standard return process will apply.
10. Final Sale & Special-Order Items
Some products may be final sale or special order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This may include special-order products, custom-requested items, clearance items, final-sale items, opened sterile or hygiene-sensitive products, and products specifically marked as non-returnable.
